Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please note that defective items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / Exchanges
In accordance with our policy, the following issues are considered defects, and therefore, items with these conditions are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Difference in Measurements: Deviations of 0.5 to 0.75 inches caused by mass production.
2. Slight Color Differences: Variations in color due to lighting conditions.
3. Slight Stains: Small stains approximately 1cm in size.
4. Small Thread Imperfections: Including minor thread bumps and loose threads.
5. Loose Linings: Loose linings that do not significantly impact the overall appearance or functionality of the product.
No Exchange/Refunds for:
- Free Sizing Items
- Discounted Items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product according to the instruction given.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
